I knew Sheila since 1978. We became friends after she trained me to take over her position as an Apartment Manager at Woodbridge Apt. We remained friend until approximately 2001 when we lost. I just recently was told by a mutual friend that she had passed away. So sorry to hear of her passing and that we were unable to reconnect. We used to have good times together. RIP Sheila.
