It's hard getting used to not seeing you anymore or not getting a call from you. You were always at work. You always used to say we made a good team. Now you're gone, and I keep expecting to see you. Rest in peace.

I am deeply saddened by the passing of Mike who was truly a joy to know. From the moment I onboarded him, he welcomed me with warmth and laughter that made even the earliest days of my time here feel like home. Some of my favorite memories are the conversations we shared especially hearing him light up when he talked about his granddaughter. He was more than a colleague; he was one of those people who simply made the workplace a better place to be. He will be deeply missed, and I am grateful for every moment I got to know him. My heartfelt condolences go out to his family during this time.

Mike I'm at a lost of words to know you're gone. You were such a sweetheart to everyone. You were a hard worker. I reminder when you were on line 11. You wouldn't let me help you stack off. Most of all I will miss our dances. So save one for me when I see you again. My prayers go out to your family and friends. Love you Mike.

I'm grateful to have known Mike and to have so many memories with him. Knowing him truly made me a better person. Mike was always dependable, and he had a way of making people feel like they mattered. He brought laughter, comfort, and a steady heart to the people around him. He genuinely cared about the people he worked with, and it showed every day. He will be missed, but his memory will never be forgotten. ❤️ RIP

Mike your soul left its imprint on a lot of your IVC family. Where we gathered in your memory one last time .Will miss the energy that you carried with you in all aspects of your life. How I looked forward to our deep life talks on the way to/from work. You are now pain free my friend. May you be rejoicing in the Kingdom of God.
