Patricia Lander Berry
Patricia Lander Berry of Anderson, SC passed away at Greenville Memorial Hospital on February 7, 2026.
Pat, as she was known by all, was the daughter of the late Richard Orr Lander and the late Carol Campbell Brown and the late Clarence Gist Brown.
After graduating from T. L. Hanna, Class of 1967, she attended Forrest Junior College. She worked for McConnell Orthodontics for 25 years. Pat enjoyed music, especially songs performed by Michael Bolton, Reba McIntyre, Kenny Rogers, and Lori Morgan. Her hobbies were collecting owls, jewelry, and spending time with her friends, family, children, and grandchildren and fur-babies. Charleston was Pat’s favorite place to go and unwind. Pat was a loving, giving, person. She loved doing things for others. Cooking was, also, one of her favorite things to do. At any family gathering, she made banana pudding using her great grandmother’s recipe, just for her son, Jess.
Pat leaves behind her children William Jesse “Jess” Berry, III and Lindsey Lander Berry, both of Anderson, SC and Dana Nash (Matt) of NY; sister, Carol Crocker of Anderson, SC; nephew, Jason Swift and his family; and she was the proud grandmother to Regan Stack (Aubrey) of Greenville, SC, Austin Malone of Ithaca, NY and Avrie Arini of Anderson, SC.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her brother, Richard Samuel Lander.
The family is honoring the life of Pat with a memorial service, on Saturday, February 21, 2026, at 2 pm at Boxwood Manor in Pendleton, SC.
