Donald J. Nenno, age 77, of Pendleton, SC, passed away peacefully on Thursday, October 22, 2026, at home with family by his side.
Born October 29, 1948, in Hornell, NY, he was the son of the late William Nenno and Elvera Russell.
Donald was Vietnam veteran of the United States Marine Corps. He spent his career as a Material Manager for Abbott Welding Supply of Olean, NY. Upon his retirement he enjoyed his golf courses and friends until illness struck in 2017. He fought a long hard battle with cancer.
He is survived by his wife, Monica Padden Nenno; sons, Tom Nenno of Dunn, NC, and MD Nenno of MI; and his brother, David Nenno (Rosemary) of Sunset, SC.
Donald will be deeply missed by his family and friends. Memories of time spend together both on the golf course and in everyday moments, will remain a lasting part of his life’s story.
