Cindy Kay Kellner
Cindy Kay Wilson Kellner, 67, wife of Robert “Bob” Kellner, passed away Saturday, February 21, 2026.
Born in Stanton, MI, she was the daughter of the late Clare and Helen Wilson. She and Bob were married in 1979 and recently celebrated their 46th anniversary. In addition to being a loving mother and wife, Cindy was a seamstress from a young age, quickly becoming an expert at any fabric-based art she attempted. But her true love was quilting, which she avidly pursued until her health would no longer allow it.
In addition to her husband, she is survived by two daughters, Elizabeth Kellner (Angelisa) of Irmo, SC and Sarah Kellner-Hannick (Chris) of Anderson, SC, and her sisters Karen Howell (Curt) of Columbia, SC, and Connie Byers (Dave) of Mooresville, NC.
The family will be holding a private internment ceremony for immediate family but invite extended family and friends to a celebration of her life on April 4, 2026, at 1:00 pm at The Social Suite, 114 East Earl Street, Anderson, SC 29621.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to the American Cancer Society’s Richard M. Schulze Family Foundation Hope Lodge, 1552 Shoup Court, Decatur, GA 30033 or to Rainey Hospice House (Hospice of the Upstate), 1835 Rogers Road, Anderson, SC 29621, in her name. https://www.cancer.org/support-programs-and-services/patient-lodging/hope-lodge/atlanta.html OR https://hospiceoftheupstate.com/rainey-hospice-house/
