Ronnie Lee Loftis

January 2, 1951 - March 25, 2023

Ronnie Lee Loftis, age 72, husband of Rebekah Hunsinger Loftis, of Anderson, S.C, passed away Saturday, March 25,2023, at his home.

Born January 2,1951 in Ware Shoals. He was the son of the late J.T. Loftis and Mary Vivian Reed Loftis. He was also proceeded in death by his sister, Judy Diane Loftis, brothers; Roy Eugene Loftis, Daniel Loftis, Tommie Wesley Loftis and Ronald Wayne Loftis.

Ronnie was a loving brother, husband, father, and papa. He was also a Veteran in the U.S. Army. He worked many years at Clark Schwebel and at Belton Industries. He loved to spend time with his brothers working on cars and fixing things. He also loved to fish. Most of all he loved his Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ.

He is survived by his brothers, Claude Thomas Loftis (Pat), J.T. Loftis, Jr. (Beth), and Roger Joe Loftis; sisters, Nancy Jo Evans and Barbara Ann Nichols: sons, Shawn Thomas Loftis, Dustin Luke Loftis (Kemmi), and Jacob Ryan Loftis (Kira): eight grandchildren and many loving nieces and nephews.

His Celebration of Life was March 29,2023 at Earle Street Kitchen from 1:00-4:00.  He will be layed to rest at M. J. “Dolly” Cooper Veterans Cemetery at a later date.

I just of Ronnie's passing and all you guys have gone through the last few years. Please accept My condolences. I know that Ronnie and Todd are still trying to catch up on all that's happened here. Ronnie was a good friend and neighbor. He and Todd were always there for each other. Just know my prayers and thoughts are with you all. I know for certain he loved his wife and boys. Rip Ronnie.
